Let's face it...we know we'll make the time to work IN our businesses because we have no other choice. We'll write the lessons, work with our students, prep materials, and support our families. But as a business owner, you need to set aside time to work ON your business. This includes time to work on the behind-the-scenes tasks and what we call "CEO time"...time you spend taking an aerial view and looking at the big picture of where your business is now and where you want it to go. Make sure you include this time when planning out your schedule!
